Why is it important to wear masks?

There are many scientific and regulatory reasons why you should wear a mask:

• The CDC Recommends wearing a cloth face cover in public to prevent community transmission of COVID-19.  Read  About Cloth Face Coverings – this is now mandatory in a growing number of states across the US.

• Medical workers need surgical masks and N95 respirators, so the general public should use cloth face coverings. 

• Cloth face coverings mostly help protect other people from your germs, which is especially important since a significant portion of people can transmit the virus while being asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic.

Microfiber masks are more comfortable than typical surgical masks, and it ensures that our medical field has more masks available for them!  Our reusable masks are also kinder to the environment.

What is the difference between Microfiber masks and cloth masks?

Cloth masks are typically made from cotton, which breaks down easily and is less breathable. Microfiber masks are made from 100% double-knit, micro-polyester fabric, easily expandable, and more durable than cotton.

What material is used for the single-use masks?

Our single-use masks are made with a 50/50 cotton and polyester blend.

What is the delivery turnaround time?

If we already have the color you want on-hand:

Without Logo: 2 to 3 business days

With Logo: 7 business days

Custom colors combinations on larger orders take roughly 10 business days longer than the turnaround times mentioned above. 

How many times can I wash my mask before it starts losing color or antibacterial properties?

Our masks are machine washable and can be washed more than 99 times without compromising the quality.

Can I choose a personal custom color from the color pallet provided?

A minimum order quantity of 200 units is required for custom color masks. Please see the menu under “Customize your order”.

Can my logo be placed anywhere on the mask?

Your logo can be placed on either the left or right side of the mask. The center of the mask has stitching to improve the fit of our masks. No logos can be placed on the stitching.
